Q. Is all your jewellery 92.5 sterling silver?
ANS. Yes silver used in our jewellery is pure 92.5 sterling silver.
Q. What is 92.5 sterling silver?
ANS. 925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and the other 7.5% is comprised of other metals, usually copper. 100% pure silver cannot be used in jewellery because the metal is too soft. By adding copper into the mix strengthens and makes the metal more durable.
Q. Does all of the jewellery have a 92.5 hallmark stamp?
ANS.99% of our jewellery does possess a 925 hallmark stamp. The 1% that doesn’t is because the item is too fragile and stamping it would damage the piece. We can assure you that even for the items that do not possess a stamp they are still pure 925 sterling silver.
Q. What is E-coat?
ANS.E-coating consists of dipping the jewellery in an organic lacquer while applying an electrical current to it. This makes the lacquer stick to the piece of jewellery and form an invisible thin resin around it. E-coating is completely safe and we apply it to most of our jewellery to prevent the product from tarnishing.
Q. Are all the items on your website in stock?
ANS.All items are in stock unless “SOLD OUT” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock please email care@iditrri.co.in to find out if the product can be made available or not.
Q. What packaging will my order be shipped in?
ANS.Your order will be delivered to you in well packed in IDITRRI BOXES.
Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
ANS. Order within India are delivered within 3-7 working days.
Q. Will you send me a tracking no.?
ANS. Yes, all of our shipments are tracked and we will send you your tacking number within 24hrs of the order being dispatched.
Q. What size should I choose?
ANS. Most rings and bangles are sold by size. Please click here to refer to our sizing chart for further details. A link is found on every product page. We have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. In addition, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit.
Q. Is my package insured?
ANS. All items are insured from Iditrri against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival and/or the seal is broken, we recommend you to capture an unboxing video of the package delivered.
Q. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
ANS.For orders shipped within India, prices are inclusive of 3% GST. Prices of the product on the website are subject to change without notice and can vary from piece to piece and from time to time, depending on the price of raw material at the time of production. Gold, silver and precious stones are commodities with market fluctuation beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw material and may not mean that we have increased our mark up.

Q. Can my shipping address can be changed after my order has been dispatched?
ANS. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect order once your item have been dispatched.
